Remember this, when you step over my door sill, you’ve been raised. You know the difference between right and wrong. Do right. Don’t let anybody else raise you and make you change. And remember this, you can always come home.’

Update!!!!!

I'll start with Shelby she is doing great! She still has a full week to finish of her medication, but she is feeling great! It's great to have our little sweetheart back. But she has emerged with a new little "Tude". I'm pretty sure it's the two's sneaking in early.

On another good note! My mom and Granny have officially made up! I'm elated! They were sneaky about it too. My Papa's 79th birthday is this month, and so Granny called us grand kids for a birthday dinner. Down through the years my mom has not been invited to these events because of a long standing falling out between them. My mom has tried to reconcile but my granny was not willing. And it was definitely Granny that needed to do most of the apologizing. I'm not going to get into any details. Anyhow the whole birthday party was a rouge for what what was really going to happen! After being at my Granny and Papa's for a few hour's my moms car pulled up! Us kids were all nervous that there was going to be a big scene we did not know what to expect. To all of our surprise my mom went right up to my Granny and gave her a huge hug and my Granny gave her the biggest hug right back!!! We were all in shock. We all thought this day would never come and my mom's parents would go to their grave never speaking to their daughter again because of pride. Every one in the room was teary eyed it was the coolest day EVER! Now we get to live the rest of our lives and actually celebrate Christmas together again! The biggest weight has just been lifted off my heart. I'm pretty happy right now!
